3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Safias purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at info@safias.pk.
• Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return/exchange process.
• You will be required to provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Processing of refunds may take up to 5-7 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Safias shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the Consumer courts.
